Aspen Counseling and Consulting LLC provides therapy and clinical training rooted in evidenced based treatment & built from the core belief that change comes from within.  Much like the gardener offers water & fertilizer to assist with growth, we strengthen individual growth with a mixture of compassion, motivation, education, somatic exercises, and evidence-based interventions such as ERP and EMDR!
